* Appointments are required for all entry to the office. This includes Eyewear Selections and Adjustments.
* Call or text the office from your car to let us know when you arrive.
* Please do not come to the office if you are ill or have been exposed to someone with COVID within the last 14 days.
* Please come to the office alone for all appointments (or 1 parent or guardian per child or disabled patient).
